ヨガフェスのレッスンはいつも直ぐに完売してしまう人気講師。
結構、筋トレ系??
やっぱり、芝生はきもちいい。
芝生に直に寝転ぶと、大地と一体になってる感じ。
明日は、ヨガエイド。
世界中で、一斉にやるんだね。
